In a collaborative effort, various members of the Hampton Roads Rising Tide Society joined together to create this elegant styled shoot! We absolutely love the bright, brilliant gemstone hues in this shoot; from the deep purples to the teals, everything truly shines. The vision behind this shoot was the concept of introducing the non-traditional to a traditional house that has been around for years upon years. Two elements that truly shine are the bits of grey marbling and crystal. By taking two traditional elements and introducing them to the non-traditional (through the color pallet of chartreuse, teal, olive, and plum), something truly special was created! The bride was styled in a beautiful Luna wedding gown made by Jillian Fellers with silk chiffon inspired by 1930’s glamour. This beautiful traditional gown was then paired with a non-traditional statement piece.
Overall, the marriage of traditional pieces with new and unique options helped to show couples that just because your venue is vintage, you don’t have to stick to a vintage theme! Audrey Rose Photography perfectly captured all of these glittering details and cascading florals. Check out all the gorgeous touches below!
